Interview Seminars Practical Kinesic Interview and Interrogation
Level 1 Course: Practical
Kinesic Analysis Phase (24 Hours) The practical kinesic analysis phase discusses the following topics: 1) Verbal Cues - Identifying symptoms of speech quality. 2) Practical Kinesic Statement Analysis - Assessment of truth and deception through human recall. 3) Body Language Cues - Observing body language that is inconsistent with the speech quality generated by the subject. 4) Kinesic Subject Control - Discussion of various techniques available to the interviewer to take control and command of the interview (the use of enhanced information gathering skills). 5) Confession Behaviors - Identification and recognition of the verbal and nonverbal acceptance cues generated by a subject who is prepared to give an admission or confession. Level 2 Course: Tactical
Interrogation Phase (24 Hours) The tactical interrogation phase covers the following topics: 1) The Stress Response States - Interrogating subjects under the stress of deception, using this stress to control and facilitate a confession. 2) The Primary Dominant Personalities - Identifying different subject personality types and using strategies to successfully interrogate and gain confessions from each type. 3) Sub-Verbal Encryption - Exploring the phenomenon in which an individual actually indicates through verbal encoding, personality type, criminal motivation, and situation response, streamlining productive information gathering. 4) Tactical Kinesic Interrogation - The intelligent combination of stress response state analysis, primary dominant personality identification, and subverbal encryption techniques to assist in gaining the admission or confession from even the most difficult subjects. Level 3 Course: Advanced
Tactical Interrogation (24 Hours) This course covers the following topics: 1) The Stress Response States - Subjects under the stress of deception during the interrogation generate indentifiable responses to stress that can be controlled in order to facilitate confession. 2) The Primary Dominant Personalities - The identification of the different subject personality types and the appropriate strategies necessary to successfully interrogate and gain confessions from each type. 3) Kinesics of Excluded Personalities - The identification of personality types suffering from psychoses and affective disorders which the interrogator may encounter and which have kinesic behaviors exclusive to their particular disorders. 4) Tangent Personality Types - This section of the level III course discusses various personality disorders, recognition and assessment, and appropriate interview tactics to be used to overcome each one.
